Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mooderawellness.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal nature of wellness and aromatherapy products, opened or used roll-ons cannot be returned.
Journals must be unused, unmarked, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used aromatherapy products
- Used or written-in journals
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, we will replace the damaged or incorrect item.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.
