We currently ship within Canada only.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Shipping (Canada)

• Orders under $75 CAD: $11.19 shipping fee
• Orders of $75 CAD or more: Free shipping

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped.  Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to ship orders promptly, processing and delivery times may occasionally be affected by holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

VACATION OR TEMPORARY SHIPPING DELAYS

If MoodEra is temporarily unable to ship orders due to vacation, business travel, or other circumstances, a notice will be posted on our website before checkout.  Any updated processing times will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
